FPS module (aim assist)

The main window at a glance

  • Start / Stop (top right): Start begins watching your game and assisting. Stop frees your graphics card.
  • Controller pill (top left), what each value means:
    • Controller Online: everything's connected and your controller input is arriving.
    • Titan Two Online: the adapter is connected but no controller input yet. Touch a stick.
    • Controller Offline / Offline: the adapter isn't reachable. See Troubleshooting.
  • TRACKING PAUSED (red banner): you paused the assist with your pause button. Press it again to resume.
  • Active profile bar: pick, New, Rename, Save, Delete profiles.
  • Six status cards:
    • Bridge state: Idle → Ready → Running after Start.
    • Capture FPS: frames arriving from your video source. It should sit near your Capture FPS setting.
    • Loop FPS: how many frames per second are fully processed. Higher means smoother.
    • The third card, in ms (AI time per frame): lower is better.
    • Target state: Locked (on an enemy), Searching (watching, nothing locked), Pending (warming up).
    • Assist state: Active or Paused.

Good to know

  • Your changes save automatically to the active profile, and tuning changes apply live while it runs.
  • While running, the profile bar, capture choices, model and Preview controls are locked. Click Stop to change them.
  • Tip: in any number box, press ↑ / ↓ to nudge the value. Hold Shift for bigger steps, Ctrl for finer ones.
  • The ? buttons next to settings open a short explanation.

Quick start (about 10 minutes)

  1. Connect your capture card and adapter (Section 2). Open FPS from the Launcher.
  2. Capture tab: set Capture method to Device, pick your card in Capture device, set Capture resolution to 1920x1080 and Capture FPS to 120.
  3. Models tab: click Open model browser, pick your game in Game filter, select a model and click Download selected.
  4. Mods tab: choose your Platform, then check that ADS (Aim Down Sights) and Fire / Shoot match your in-game buttons.
  5. Capture tab: tick Preview enabled, click Start, go to a training range. You should see boxes on enemies.
  6. Happy? Click Stop, untick Preview enabled (it costs performance), click Start and play.
  7. Fine-tune one setting at a time (see below). It saves itself.

Capture tab: how the app sees your game

Capture method

Device

Use it when
You play on a console with a capture card. This is the normal setup.

MSS

Use it when
The game runs on this same PC and you want your main screen captured.

Screen / App (Windows)

Use it when
The game runs on this PC and you want to choose a specific monitor or window. Set Capture target to Monitor (full screen) or Window / Application, pick from the list, and use Refresh if it's missing.

Capture device

Capture device (Device only): your capture card. Click Refresh after plugging it in.

Capture resolution

Default: 1920x1080

Capture resolution, default 1920x1080 (Device only; options 1280x720 / 1920x1080 / 2560x1440)

  • What it does: the size of the image the app reads from your card.
  • Rule: match your console's output. A mismatch shifts the aim off to the side or gives a black picture.
  • Tip: 1080p is the sweet spot. 1440p adds load for little gain. 720p only on weak PCs.

Capture FPS

Default: 120

Capture FPS, default 120 (options 60 / 120 / 125 / 240 / 999 (Unlimited))

  • What it does: how many frames per second the app grabs. More frames make tracking smoother and more responsive.
  • Raise it to 240 on a strong PC with a fast card. Don't go below 120 unless your PC can't keep up. 999 removes the cap and is meant for testing.
  • Tip: your capture card sets the real ceiling, so 240 won't help on a 60 Hz card.

Preview enabled

Default: off

Preview enabled, default off

  • Shows the live picture with boxes drawn on detected enemies. Open preview window pops it out into a bigger window (with Fullscreen).
  • What the overlay means: the big circle is your search area (Detection radius), boxes are detected enemies, and the dot is exactly where the aim goes (Target offset).
  • Use it to set up and test, then turn it off for real games. It costs performance and can only be changed while stopped.

Preview FPS

Default: 60 FPS

Preview FPS, default 60 FPS (30 / 60 / 120)

  • Controls how often the preview window refreshes. Lower it if the preview costs too much performance.
Search areaTargetAim point
Preview overlay: search area, target box, and aim point.

Tracking tab: finding and following enemies

Detection

Detection radius
Default: 200Range: 50–500 px

Detection radius (50–500 px) ["search circle"], default 200

  • The size of the circle around your crosshair where enemies are picked up.
  • Raise it if you want to grab enemies further out (250–350), though it can hop between targets in busy fights.
  • Lower it if you want to lock only what you're already aiming at (100–150), for precision in crowds.
  • Tip: it doesn't affect performance.
Confidence
Default: 0Range: 0.10–1.00

Confidence (0.10–1.00) ["how sure the AI must be"], default 0.20

  • How certain the AI must be before something counts as an enemy.
  • Raise it toward 0.35–0.50 if the aim sometimes chases things that aren't enemies.
  • Lower it toward 0.15 if distant or half-hidden enemies are missed.
Focus Target (shrinks ROI on lock)
Default: on

Focus Target (shrinks ROI on lock) ["stay on this enemy"], default on

  • Once locked, the app keeps its attention on that enemy so the aim doesn't jump to someone running past.
  • Turn it off only if you want the aim to always grab whoever is closest to your crosshair.

Aim Zone ["where on the body"]

Target offset
Default: 60Range: -500–100 %

Target offset (-500–100 %), default 60

  • The height of the aim point on the enemy: 100 = top (head), 50 = middle (chest), 0 = bottom (feet).
  • Use 80–95 for headshot-focused games, or 50–65 for reliability and recoil room.
Width
Default: 80Range: 30–100 %

Width (30–100 %), default 80

  • Sets the width of the target area on the body. Smaller means stricter, more precise aim. Larger is more forgiving on fast-moving enemies.
Height
Default: 50Range: 20–100 %

Height (20–100 %), default 50

  • Sets the height of that same target area. Lower it for a tighter area; raise it for fast-moving enemies.
Enemy box
Adjust Width, Height, and Target offset to see how the target area and aim point move.

Timing

Tracking delay
Default: 0Range: 0–1000 ms

Tracking delay (0–1000 ms) ["reaction time"], default 0

  • Waits this long after spotting an enemy before helping.
  • Try 50–150 ms for a more natural reaction instead of an instant snap.
Hold frames
Default: 0Range: 0–15

Hold frames (0–15) ["bridge short gaps"], default 0

  • If the AI loses the enemy for a split second (smoke, fast strafe), the aim keeps following its last known position for this many frames instead of dropping.
  • Try 3–6 if the aim "lets go" for an instant on fast targets. Keep it low, because high values can follow an enemy who's actually gone.

Movement ["how strong and how smooth"]

ADS speed
Default: 2Range: 0.01–10.0

ADS speed (0.01–10.0), default 2.0

  • Assist strength while you aim down sights. This is your main strength dial.
  • Raise it by 0.2–0.4 if the aim lags behind moving enemies.
  • Lower it if the aim overshoots or feels robotic.
HIP speed
Default: 1Range: 0.01–10.0

HIP speed (0.01–10.0), default 1.5

  • Same as above, but when shooting without aiming down sights.
Response factor
Default: 1Range: 0.5–3.0

Response factor (0.5–3.0) ["overall multiplier"], default 1.1

  • Scales both speeds at once, so you can make everything a bit stronger or softer without touching each one.
Response curve gamma
Default: 0Range: 0.3–2.0

Response curve gamma (0.3–2.0) ["stickiness near the target"], default 0.90

  • Below 1 the aim gets "stickier" as it closes in. 1 is linear. Above 1 it eases in more softly.
  • If the aim jitters right on target, move toward 1.0. If it feels mushy at the end, go a little below 0.9.
γ 0.6 — sticky: keeps pulling hard right to the endγ 1.0 — linear: slows down evenlyγ 1.5 — soft: brakes early and arrives slowly
Each dot is one frame. Wide gaps = fast aim; dots bunching up = the aim is braking.
Crosshair paths at gamma 0.6, 1.0, and 1.5.
Deadzone
Default: 0Range: 0–50 px

Deadzone (0–50 px) ["stop zone"], default 0

  • A tiny circle around the aim point where the assist stops moving, so it doesn't tremble when already on target.
  • Best left at 0. If the aim shakes on target, lower ADS speed and Kp a little at a time instead. Too high and the aim stops slightly off-center.
Restricted %
Default: 50Range: 0–100

Restricted % (0–100) ["how much the AI holds your stick"], default 50

  • How much of your own right-stick input is held back while the AI is tracking. 100 means the AI fully owns the crosshair. 0 means you can freely fight it.
  • 50–70 is a good blend: the AI holds the target and you can still adjust or flick away.

PID Controller ["the smoothing brain"]

Enable PID Controller
Default: on

Enable PID Controller, default on. Keep it on.

PID Mode

PID Mode: Simple (default) or Advanced.

Kp
Default: 1Range: 0–10

Kp (0–10) ["pull"], default 1.15

  • Main pull toward the enemy.
  • Raise it slightly (+0.05–0.1) if the crosshair stays behind.
  • Lower it if the crosshair overshoots and wobbles.
Ki
Default: 0

Ki ["finisher"], default 0.005

  • You may not see this in newer versions. It's already tuned. If visible, raise it a tiny bit if the aim hovers near center but never settles.
Kd
Default: 0

Kd ["brake"], default 0.005

  • You may not see this in newer versions. It's already tuned. If visible, raise it a little if the aim arrives too fast and bounces.
Advanced mode only:

Advanced mode only: Derivative Tau (ms) 20 (1–100) smooths the brake. Integral Limit 600 (0–2000) caps the finisher. Deadzone 2.0 (0–10) is a separate stop zone for the PID. Leave these alone unless support asks.

Choose a tracking symptom to see a suggested setting adjustment.

Advanced tab

Gain Schedule

Default: off

Gain Schedule ["speed by distance"], Enable Schedule default off

  • Changes tracking speed depending on how far the enemy is from your crosshair. One rule per line: distance:multiplier. Default Global Schedule:

    5:1.8
    30:1.4
    80:1.0
    150:0.6

This means: very close = 180% speed, 150 px away = 60%. Values in between blend smoothly.

  • X Schedule / Y Schedule let you shape horizontal and vertical separately. Leave them empty to use Global.

  • When to use it: you want snappy centering up close and a gentler pull on far targets (or the reverse).

Combat mods (all off by default)

Enable Auto Shot

Enable Auto Shot ["shoot when lined up"]

  • Fires for you when your crosshair is close enough to the locked enemy.
  • Mode: Rapid Fire (taps the trigger, good for semi-auto) or Full Auto (holds the trigger).
  • Fire rate / hold (10–500 ms), default 100: in Rapid Fire it's the gap between shots. In Full Auto it's how long the trigger stays held, refreshed while you're on target.
  • Pre-fire distance (0–100 px), default 15: how close the aim must be before firing. Lower is stricter, higher fires earlier.
  • Tip: for marksman rifles, use Rapid Fire with a 5–10 px pre-fire distance.
Assist Pause
Default: DPad Up

Assist Pause ["pause button"], button default DPad Up

  • Press once to pause all assistance (red TRACKING PAUSED banner) and press again to resume.
  • Handy for looting, driving or menus. Pick a button you don't use in game.
Target Switching
  • Jump the lock to the next enemy on the left or right.
Left
Default: DPad Left

Left, default DPad Left

  • Button for switching the lock to the enemy on the left.

Anti-Recoil tab

Mode

Default: Off: Off

Mode, default Off: Off, Generic (3-Phase), or AI Anti-Recoil.

Activate On

Default: While Firing: While Firing

Activate On, default While Firing: While Firing, While ADS, or ADS + Firing (the most common competitive choice).

AI Anti-Recoil

AI Anti-Recoil adjusts the pull-down strength on its own while you track a target. It has no extra settings to tune.

Generic (3-Phase)

Generic (3-Phase) ["your own recoil pattern"]: most guns kick hardest at first, then settle.

Initial Strength

Range: 0–100Default: 25

Spray at a wall. The barrel climbs in the first shots? Raise it. It digs into the floor at the start? Lower it.

Transition Time (ms)

Range: 0–2000Default: 300

How long it takes to blend from Initial to Final. Match it to when your gun's kick settles.

Final Strength

Range: 0–100Default: 15

The long-spray phase. Climbing late in the magazine? Raise it. Sinking? Lower it.

Start Delay

Range: 0–500 msDefault: 0

Wait before compensating, for guns whose first shot doesn't kick.

Reset Time

Range: 0–1000 msDefault: 200

How long after you stop shooting before the pattern restarts. Lower it for quick bursts.

Enable Horizontal

Default: off

For guns that also drift sideways.

H-Strength

Range: 0–100 %Default: 0

Sets the horizontal compensation strength when Enable Horizontal is on.

Randomness

Range: 0–100 %Default: 0

Small variation so the pull isn't laser-perfect. 10–25 is plenty.

Curve

Default: Ease Out

How Initial blends into Final: Ease Out (fast first, fits most guns), Linear, Ease In-Out.

Sensitivity

Range: 0.1–5.0 xDefault: 1.0

Changed your in-game sensitivity? Scale here instead of re-tuning everything.

ADS Mult

Range: 0.1–5.0 xDefault: 1.0

Scale the ADS setting after changing your in-game sensitivity, instead of re-tuning everything.

Under Generic you'll also see Prediction Method (and related boxes). Leave them as they are.

Tip: make one profile per weapon type ("AR", "SMG", "Sniper") with its own recoil numbers, and switch profiles before the match (switching is locked while running).

Models tab: choosing a game model

The model is the AI "brain" trained to recognize players in a specific game.

  1. Click Open model browser (in 🌐 Community models).
  2. Use Search and Game filter, select a model, click Download selected.
  3. The model loads into your current profile automatically. Model input size is detected on its own.
  • The status line above shows whether your Launcher session is active. Official models unlock through it, so always open FPS from the Launcher.
  • Browse lets you pick a model file you already have.
  • Wrong model = no boxes or boxes on random things. Try another model for your game before changing other settings.

Profiles tab: presets and community profiles

Local profiles. Each profile stores everything: model, capture choices, tracking, mods and anti-recoil. Use the Active profile bar at the top (New starts from defaults). Changes save automatically.

🌐 Cloud profiles

  • 📋 Community profiles: click Open browser (newer versions: Browse community profiles). In the Community Profiles window, search by title, sort by votes, click Vote on ones you like, and ⬇ Import selected. You'll be asked for a local name.
  • 📤 Publish current configuration: give it a Title (required) and an optional Description, then click Publish.

After importing, re-check Capture (your card, resolution), Mods (your buttons) and Models (the model must exist on your PC). Those depend on your setup, not the sharer's.

Device status

The Launcher shows whether your adapter is connected. If it does not appear, check the connection and ask our Discord support team.
