Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This policy explains what personal data EasyTrack collects, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it so you can actually read it.
Who we are. EasyTrack is operated by EasyTrack ("EasyTrack", "we", "us"), the controller of your personal data. Contact: contact@easytrack-studio.store.
This policy covers the EasyTrack website (easytrack-studio.store), your EasyTrack account, the EasyTrack launcher and its modules (the "Service").
1. The short version
- You log in with Discord. We get your Discord ID, username, avatar and, if Discord provides it, your email.
- We bind your account to one PC using a one-way machine identifier, so accounts are not shared and each PC gets one free trial.
- The video from your capture card is processed on your PC only. We never upload it.
- Stripe handles payments. We never see your card number.
- We log IP addresses and times of logins and subscription checks for security.
- If the program files of a module were modified, the launcher reports which files changed (names and hashes only, never their content) and restores the originals.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
2. What we collect
2.1 Discord login
To create and access your account you log in with Discord. Discord sends us:
- your Discord user ID and username;
- your avatar;
- your email address, if Discord provides it.
Joining our Discord server is required to use the Service, so we also check whether your Discord account is a member of it. The free trial is requested in our Discord server, so the trial request is linked to your Discord ID.
2.2 Account data
- username and email;
- your app password, stored only as a one-way hash (we cannot read it);
- subscription status and history (plan, start and end dates, renewals, cancellations);
- redeem codes you used;
- free-trial usage.
2.3 Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe, not on our site. We receive only what we need to manage your subscription (for example, that a payment succeeded, the plan, dates and a Stripe customer/subscription reference). We never see or store your full card number.
2.4 Device binding
When you use the launcher, it computes:
- a machine identifier: a one-way hash derived from Windows and hardware identifiers. It cannot be turned back into those identifiers;
- the serial number of your adapter (currently a Titan Two), when one is connected.
We use these to bind one account to one PC, to prevent account sharing, and to allow only one free trial per PC.
2.5 Session and security logs
While you use the launcher, it periodically checks your subscription status with our server. For security we log:
- your IP address;
- the date and time of logins and of these checks.
2.6 Integrity check reports
Each time you open a module, the launcher checks its program files against our official signed release. If files were modified, the launcher restores the original files and sends us a report with:
- your account;
- your machine identifier;
- the module and its version;
- the names and hashes of the altered files.
The report never contains file contents or any other data from your PC. Reports are reviewed by a person (see section 4).
2.7 What stays on your PC
- Game video. The video from your capture card is processed locally on your PC and is never uploaded to us or anyone else.
- Dataset capture (optional). If you turn on dataset capture features, the images are saved only on your PC. We do not receive them.
- Settings and profiles are stored on your PC unless you choose to share a profile with the community (in which case the shared profile and your username are visible to other users).
2.8 Website cookies
The website uses only strictly necessary cookies:
- a login session cookie, to keep you logged in;
- a security (CSRF) token, to protect forms against forged requests;
- your language preference.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers run on the site.
The website may show live counts (such as Discord members, available AI models and community profiles). These are totals computed from our data and do not identify anyone.
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (LGPD / GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Create your account, log you in, provide the Service | Discord data, account data | Performance of a contract (LGPD art. 7, V / GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Manage subscriptions, payments, redeem codes and trials | Account data, Stripe references | Performance of a contract; legal obligations for tax and accounting records (LGPD art. 7, II / GDPR art. 6(1)(c)) |
| One account per PC, prevent sharing, one trial per PC | Machine identifier, adapter serial | Performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse (LGPD art. 7, IX / GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Keep the Service secure, detect misuse | IP addresses, timestamps, session logs | Legitimate interest; legal obligation to keep application access logs (Brazil, Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15) |
| Protect our software from tampering | Integrity check reports | Legitimate interest; performance of the contract (the Terms forbid tampering) |
| Deliver premium AI models only to active subscribers | Account status, machine identifier | Performance of a contract |
| Answer your requests and support | Whatever you send us | Performance of a contract; legitimate interest |
| Defend our rights in disputes | Relevant records | Regular exercise of rights (LGPD art. 7, VI) / legitimate interest |
Where we rely on legitimate interest, we have balanced it against your rights and kept the data to the minimum we need. You can object (see section 8).
4. Decisions about your account
We do not suspend or terminate an account automatically because of a single integrity report or a single unusual log entry. A person reviews the reports before any action is taken. If we act on your account, you can contact us to ask for an explanation and a review.
5. How long we keep data
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Account and subscription data | While your account exists, then up to [6] months after deletion, unless a longer period is required by law |
| Payment and billing records | As long as tax and accounting law requires (in Brazil, generally 5 years) |
| Login and access logs (IP and timestamps) | At least 6 months (required in Brazil by the Marco Civil da Internet), and no longer than [12] months unless needed for a security investigation |
| Integrity check reports | [24] months, or longer if needed for an ongoing case |
| Device binding | While your account exists; removed when the binding is reset or the account is deleted |
| "This PC already used its free trial" record | Kept even after account deletion or a device reset, for up to [5 years], to prevent trial abuse. It contains only the machine identifier (a one-way hash) and the date |
| Support messages | Up to [24] months after the conversation ends |
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run EasyTrack ("processors"), and only for that purpose:
- Discord Inc. (United States) — login and our community server. Discord's own privacy policy applies to your use of Discord.
- Stripe (United States and other locations) — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the data you give Stripe.
- HostGator — web hosting of our website and server (United States).
We may also disclose data when required by law, a court order or a competent authority, or to protect our rights, our users or the public against fraud or abuse. If EasyTrack is sold or merged, data may pass to the new owner under this same policy, and we will tell you.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers (Discord, Stripe and possibly our host) are in the United States or other countries outside Brazil and the European Economic Area. Those countries may not offer the same level of data protection. When data is transferred, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (such as standard contractual clauses) and on the transfer being necessary to perform our contract with you (LGPD art. 33 / GDPR art. 49, where applicable).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under Brazil's LGPD and the EU/UK GDPR), you have the right to:
- know whether we process your data and access it;
- correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- delete data, or have it anonymised or blocked when it is unnecessary or processed unlawfully;
- receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
- know who we share it with;
- withdraw consent where we rely on consent;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- ask for a review of decisions about your account;
- complain to a data protection authority — in Brazil, the ANPD (gov.br/anpd); in the EU/UK, your local authority.
How to exercise them: email contact@easytrack-studio.store from the email linked to your account, or include your Discord username. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply within 15 days (or within the deadline set by your local law, if shorter).
Some data may be kept even after a deletion request when the law requires it or when it is needed for fraud prevention — for example, billing records and the "PC already used its free trial" record described in section 5.
9. Security
We protect your data with measures appropriate to a service of our size, including:
- passwords stored only as one-way hashes;
- device identifiers stored only as one-way hashes;
- encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the launcher, the website and our server;
- premium AI models delivered encrypted, unlocking only for an active subscriber's account and device;
- access to personal data limited to people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident is likely to cause you significant risk or harm, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.
10. Minimum age
EasyTrack is for people 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Why 18: the Service is a paid subscription contract, it is used with online games where your accounts may be penalised, and in Brazil minors cannot validly sign such contracts on their own. A clear 18+ rule is the simplest and safest choice for everyone.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Service or the law changes. We will post the new version here with a new date. If the changes are significant, we will also tell you through the launcher, the website, Discord or email before they take effect.
